Working towards Elegant

I don't know about you, but as a mom Elegance is not something that comes to mind, in very many areas of my life.

Today, I received a perspective towards Elegant that would work for me and maybe you, also.

Working towards:

Ease with
Leaving
Gifts of
Accepting
NOW,
Truly !!

Putting acceptance, in any of life's actions is something that when thought about, does not come easy. Maybe, another of my writings can help. To not agonize over it. Which is In my writings titled, "Live".

"Ease", freedom from pain or discomfort.
Accepting now, instead of analyzing it or worrying about it or agonizing over it !! To truly do that is to take action towards a new moment. I don't mean hastfully, yet, I do mean to move on. That can, from what I see when I do it, add an Elegance almost to each new moment whether it was with a bit of the defining that I gave here, in an acronym form or with what the word Elegance was given as a
definition, really.

I have for around the last year ( more often), been sent these acronym forms of messages while I clear my mind, from what I believe is a creative, higher source. Any writing I do is an energy working through me, totally detaching from my ego!!

Elegantly listen.

Cauliflower Pizza

so, here is my posting on

Cauliflower Pizza.
I am a visual person ( and I thought some of you that find this might be also) and I also maybe changed some things, on the recipes, that I found, So, I figured I would post my experience, with the help of two recipes I found.
One from popsugar.com and one from food network.
Which consists of:
5 cups of Cauliflower For one round 12 inch pizza
2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 of grated Parmesan
1 tsp. of Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
3 lightly beaten eggs.

Here it is:
starting with the Cauliflower:
I went through the attempting to chop it. Which was fine but would have been real time consuming,

decided to cut the time, by using my Ninja.

So, I used 5 cups of the Cauliflower, (Add it after the Cauliflower is Microwaved, for about 7- 8 minutes and cooled.) 2 cups of Mozzarella. 1/4 cup of Parmesan. 3 eggs,( lightly beaten) and 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning ( or Oregano) and 1/2 tsp. of Garlic powder,

Microwave the cauliflower for 7-8 minutes. I patted it in case there was any moisture, just with paper towels.

I used a 16 by 11 cookie sheet lined with Parchment paper. The second one I made on a 12 inch pizza  pan. Bake at 400 degrees to 425, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
I divided it up in to individual servings and what could be cheese bites/ sticks,(remember it is cauliflower, so they weren't like cheese sticks.
You can put what you want on as toppings. I then cooked it,on my Pizza Maker' because it was a hot day. I even put it in the fridge till time to have dinner.
I did also, save part to test Freezing it and then, cooking it on my pizza maker, also and the results were great!! I cooked it alone for about 10 minutes and then topped it and cooked on the settings, for the top only, to cook the toppings, only.  (about 10 minutes )
 ENJOY !!!
